Estimating

Demolition

• We will remove any existing flooring

• The “Terminator” is available for large and difficult floor demolition jobs

• Electric (not gasoline) powered, so it will not leave behind any harmful odors

• Fits through standard doorways

• First-pass removal rates of 80-90% on most floor coverings

• Typical production is 10 to 20 times faster than conventional methods of chipping and scraping, with less than one half of the labor force
  
  

Floor Preparation

• Floor preparation is the most important part of what we do.

• Without a proper floor to install on, there is a major risk of floor failure. We care about your flooring needs as much as you do!

• Ardex and specialty cements are used to get your floor ready to receive new product

• Moisture testing performed as needed

• Calcium chloride or RH test
  
  

Post-Installation Maintenance

• Our craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year after installation

• We leave the installation site clean and neat upon completion

• We can provide construction clean-ups at your request

• We will provide you with manufacturer’s warranties

• Initial maintenance of your new flooring is within our capabilities
